RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final and not refundable. If you are not satisfied with your MARAMCS jewelry order, please contact us and we will review your inquiry with MARAMCS’s discretion for an exchange. An exchange can be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note it will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. The item must be in the same condition as when it was received. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
If a piece requires a repair, please contact MARAMCS to inquire about your specific case. Your inquiry will be reviewed with MARAMCS’s discretion. The customer is responsible for the cost of the repair as well as the shipment. We stand behind the quality of our pieces and are happy to discuss any problems you may have.
We are happy to repolish your pieces. The customer is responsible for the repolishing fee and shipping costs. Please contact MARAMCS to inquire.
